  • What devices are supported to take the course?

    Our course is 100% online and makes it easy to take on your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Learn where it’s most convenient for you!

  • How long does the course take?

    The program is done one unit per week. Each unit includes about 30 - 40 minutes of online videos. The 6-week program can be done in 30-40 minutes a week over 6 weeks. The 10-week program is done in 30-40 minutes a week over 10 weeks.

  • How does the free trial work?

    The free trial will allow access to the first unit in the course for a period of 6 days. You may restart the free trial any number of times and your progress will be saved. Once you're done with the free trial, you can purchase the complete course for full access.

  • When will I get my certificate of completion?

    You will receive your certificate upon completion of the course. Please note that certificates are only given as a part of the 6-week programs and once you've passed the end-of-course test with a score of 70% or higher.

  • How long do I have to complete the course?

    Once enrolled, you will have 120 days (4 months) of online access to complete the 6-week course. 10-week course students are granted online access for 180 days (6 months) following enrollment.

  • Will you send my certificate to the court?

    You will be responsible for providing the certificate to the court. Certificates will be available for print, download or email. Certificates to the court are only provided for the 6-week program.

  • How do I edit my email address, password, name or avatar image?

    - Login to Thinkific site
    - Click name in the top right header
    - Click My Account
    - Change settings as needed via the Profile or Password tab

  • How can I pay?

    Your payment can be made either via PayPal (with a separate PayPal account) or Stripe (via major credit card).

  • Can I view the courses offline?

    Course will be available 100% online, however, you may log in and out of the course as needed. All progress is saved for you to return to later.

  • Can I save my place in the middle of a course?

    You may log in and out of the course as needed. All progress is saved for you to return to later.

  • Does the course need to be completed in order?

    Yes. You must complete the units in order. You may move to each section in a unit as needed but you’ll need to complete 100% of the program in order to proceed to the end-of-course test to demonstrate your knowledge of the skills provided in our program.
